Get incidents in PHP via report

Hello,

We have a problem with getting data from analytics report. I tried to get some data from analytics report via PHP (portal), but If I try to get some data from incidents table (in the RN console the report returns some rows), I get empty data. Is there any restriction to get incidents in the PHP or we have something wrong with some account policy setting?
