I want to set custom fields in Tasks table while using Right NOw Connect Web Service. Using Documentation given at http://community.rightnow.com/developer/fileexchange/Connect_Web_Services_for_SOAP_August_2012/Default.htm I am able to set the implicit fields but don't able to set the custom fields Which are of following type:
- menu - main problem in setting this type of custom field as earlier i was using RightNOwAPIs to set the menu field but not able to set using wen service
