Hi all,
I have a report where users can view all their open Tickets etc through the customer portal but they have requested that they would like to be able to download Attachments using a 'Download' link in the right of the report. I've been playing around with the report but have been unsuccessful so far.
Each ticket only contains 1 attachment (a form they fill out & submit). Looking at the Attachments tab under Ticket in the RightNow client, there is an Action heading (containing options to Open, Download & Delete). I need to expose either the Open or Download option in the CP.
