Hi,
Has anybody worked on ININ RightNow Integration? Does anybody aware of "DataConnectAPI" on the RNT Server Config? Does this setting be enabled on RNT Server for any CTI server to communicate?
We are using ININ AddIns to communicate to ININ Server and we are not able to connect to RightNow from AddIn Configuration utility.
