I have created a custom field under the incidents table and have used it on the customer portal in the feedback page. So i get a value from the customer through CP which gets displayed on the incident work space. Now I have added a submit button which i have placed on the incident work space. Now I want to pass the value of the custom field to this submit button so that once i click the submit button i should able to open a focus on tab that contains a browser control. The url of the browser control should contain the value of the custom field. How do i do it ?
