Passing on RightNow data to another 3rd party software

Hi,

We are using PTA to pass on some customer details from our database into the RightNow console. Now we want to extend this and pass some of this data on to another 3rd party software, in this case Jumio, a automated verification software.

Does anyone knows how this can be done and what we need to implement in order to pass some details on to another site?
