I was wondering whether Custom Scripts (those in reports, under 'Level') can access RNCPHP ? It seems to me that they can't, as any reference to "use RightNow\Connect\v1_2 as RNCPHP" or just the 'RightNow\Connect" namespace. Is this what others have found ? That's a shame, as reports can be scheduled, and if I can't use Custom Scripts, I will have to come up with a trick to trigger the newer (but at least more robust for testing and debugging) Custom Process Models...
