Hi Everyone,

I'm looking to trigger an external event in the business rules.

However, there's not much documentation on it.

Was hoping to call a PHP script that updates an incident's contact based on checking the subject line.

Any idea what the path to put into the textbox would look like?

Any sample PHP code anyone has? How would you grab the incident details through the external event?
