External website content Search for https sites

Hi,

I want to do a external search for https://www.example.com, I have configured the External Search Configuration as per the link given below.

url : https://cx.rightnow.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5455/

But it is not searching the content from External url. So please help me to fix the issue.
