Account creation is a tedious process.I would want to create user accounts by extracting data out of a excel spread sheet that has coloumns like first name,last name,login details and profile id etc.In short i want to automate the process of creating user accounts.Is it possible for me to extract data into rightnow console through an addin?if no, is there some other mechanism through which i can do it(like a vba macro)?
