Hi All,
I am integrating RightNow Agent Desktop with Inquira/OracleKnowledge using "OKiConnectAddin" Add-In from "RightNowOKArtifacts.zip".
We have set-up inquira in Amazon cloud. I am attaching the Screen of the Add-in details "Add-In_ServerDetails.jpg".
This iConnect Add-In created in RightNow Agent Desktop is not able to connect to Inquira and it is getting 404 error. Please see "iConnect_Error.jpg" Screenshot.
We are able to see InfoCenter from a workspace browser within Rightnow as per Screenshot "IC_Screen.jpg".
Please guide me if anyone had done Inquira integration and faced similar kind of issue.
