Hi,
I'm trying to get the (changed) names from AccessLevels 'Help' and 'Everyone' from an SLA but i only get the added AccessLevel values. Because it's posible to change these standard values, i need to know the exact names of these AccessLevels.
I could not obtain these values from a report or ROQL.
Can anyone help me?
