Hello.

We are using the November 2011 Version of rightnow. Using the SOAP Web API we wan't to move Incidents between contacts. Recently our code (which used to work earlyer) didn't work anymore and produced an error.

Here is the "faultstring" we receive in the Soap response:

Cannot save/update: Incident(ID=2680361):
Internal Error - Pair Error
Pair Chain: assigned=&gt;group_id
Description: unmodified &#39;assigned&#39; data unit

While performing update on Incident

Does someone please have information what exactly this error message means and how it can be fixed?
