Using AddIN to get Chat transcript

 Hi,

We have a requirement wherein we need to get the Chat transcript using a workspace AddIn on conclusion of chat.

We have been able to capture the close event of the workspace however, did not find any interface that would enable us to access the chat transcripts.

Can anyone suggest on this.
