Hi,
We have a client who is looking to have a "Call Me" button on the customer portal that, when clicked, would send a message to their service desk for an agent to give them a call. It would be used for fast, urgent support issues where the Chat Client would take too long.
Has anyone come across a request like this before? How (if at all) could we go about implementing this?
