Has there been a recent change to opening an Incident workspace? The attached code, with small variations, has worked for years. It currently works fine in 2 instances of February 2013 version, but is now failing to populate the Contact after the latest auto-update to the May 2013 version. There is no error message; from a programmatic view it is working as expected, but from the agent view the Contact field doesn't actually populate.
