How to create Service Request in Siebel when incidents are created in Rightnow CX (1 Comment)

Hi all,

 

I am new to Rightnow CX.We have a new requirement where the customer creates an incident in Rightnow and that should create a Service Request in Siebel.

So I wanted to know more about this and where to start with.

Any help in this regard would be helpful.
