DB API Error from SOAP AnalyticsReport request (1 Comment)

I'm getting the following error: System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[OmQueueCore.RightNowService.RequestErrorFaultType]: Cannot run AnalyticsReport: OmQueueAdapter(ID=100134): DB API Error

I tried turning on logging using this link: http://communities.rightnow.com/posts/f273d740c4 but am finding no interface_log.txt.

How can I troubleshoot this?
