Custom Processes - product limitation with techmail? (2 Comments)

Hello,
 
Question on Custom Processes.  We have built a Custom Process which is configured to run on Incident creation.  It works fine when the Incident comes in via the Ask-a-Question page or from the Console.  However, when the Incident comes in via techmail it does not seem to trigger the Custom Process.  I have narrowed it down and removed all code except for the basics, and it does not seem to be related to the code.  Are Incidents that come in via techmail supposed to fire the incident_create custom process? Could this be a product limitation?  I'm trying to decide if we need to submit this as an Incident to Customer Care.
 
Any help would be much appreciated.
