The first interaction of a newly-installed RightNow instance pops, but the incident recContext doesn't get created and this causes a problem when trying to populate incident fields. This only happens on the very first CreateWorkspace call of a newly installed RightNow instance. Thereafter, the same code works fine, even on the first incident pop of a newly-logged-in agent, which is typically much slower than all other pops.
