Change call to ondemand.xml to port 443 from 80?

Hello,

I'm working on a RightNow implementation and we are seeing a call to http://documentation.custhelp.com/euf/assets/menu/ondemand.xml on port 80 but because of firewall rules we can't have any unsecured traffic. Is there anyway we can change this call to 443 in the application? Is it possible to change all traffic to 443/HTTPS?
