CPM fails with error: Limit Exceeded: Maximum Runtime: 5.000000s (1 Comment)

Hello,

I have a CPM which calculates custom SLA times based on custom objects. SLA time for an incident is calculated when user saves the incident and at this moment it always works OK. But there is a need to recalculate SLA for all not solved incidents which is submitted on demand. If the CPM runs more than 5s it is killed by system.  CPM code has been already optimized for better performance, but it didn't help too much. Could the Maximum Runtime parameter be set to greater value in Oracle Service Cloud (Feb2017 update)? Do you have any other ideas how the problem can be solved?
