Get Logged In Agent/User

I am using CurAdminUser() to get Logged In user but the issue arises when I logIn using a different user. It keeps on return the Account ID for the previous user. This are the codes I am using , does anyone know any other way that i can get current user ID/Account ID who is loggedIn to the Instance.
