Help needed for RNT Contact screen PopUp (3 Comments)

Hi,

1. When i am trying to load  contact information by clicking on ContactId / opportunityId from  application   (Java please refer screen shot) ,

I need to open Contact information from RNT.

  But it is opened from RNT console (if i open RNT Console)Not from directly browser popUp ,and blank window from Browser

  So how to refer that contact directly with out opening RNT Console externally?

2.  Other wise It showing the message like
 "Unable to connectFirefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:57575."
Please let me know that's default behavior of RNT
otherwise please help me how to configure to open contact information from browser with out opening RNT Console if it is possible.

2.Frequently i am getting Network failures when i am Connecting to RNTeither  from application /RNT    Console.
Please suggest minimum requirement for network speed for supporting RNT from application .
