Hi All,
I am new to Right now.I want that when my customer sends any additional mails on top of the auto-ackowledgement they receive on incidence creation they should get an additional auto resonse saying "Thankyou...."
For this I have written a simple rule which is not working.
If
1 Incident Updated from equals ' '
Then
1 Append Response Template to response field
2 Send eMail response to sender
Please advise on this urgently.I do not see anything in the audit logs also.
or is there any better way to do this.
