Hi PHP Upgrade team,

I understand "The August 2016 release uses PHP version 5.6.18. Oracle is refactoring all affected custom code before each Service Cloud site is upgraded to August 2016. Details can be found here."

Per this article, the Oracle Service Cloud team will be reviewing all PHP code on your site.  It states that any required changes based upon our review will be made without impacting the functionality of the code.  This review will be completed before your site upgrades to Oracle Service Cloud August 2016.

However, when our upgrade site was created, we found that our custom chat launch page widget broke. Here is the link to the custom chat launch page widget for our upgrade site -

We reference this widget from our UAT2 online Store, but the page information is not feeding into the chat launch page to populate the category information.

Please advise how we can get this fixed.
