I tried to access the WSDL page of the soap_chat from
http://company--tst.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/company__tst.cfg/services/chat_soap?wsdl=enduser
and received
"There has been an error with your request."
Does the soap chat access need to be purchased sepecifically? Or enabled? I looked up all the options mentioned in the docs on the RightNow CX settings sections and made sure all visible optins were enabled.
Also, I do not see the options related to 3rd party chat API in the settings sectiosn of the RightNow CX.
