Hi there,
Had a look at general announcement with regards to the PHP 5.6.18 upgrade. The KM answer does mention about service cloud release version but I'm still not sure whether there is any inter-dependency between this PHP upgrade and the version of service cloud customer is on. Could anyone please advise on this?
A bit of background: Sevice Cloud release 15.05, CP framework 2.
