Hi everyone,
I've been trying to find a way to get the file attachment URL from an incident and then pass that information to an external CRM using PHP Connect. However, the $incident->FileAttachments does not have enough information to go by. I also can't find a URL or a function that can generate the URL an external user can use to download file attachments.
Or maybe it's just me I can't find it. LOL
