I am trying to create an Add-In to Chat Workspace. Could anyone help me how do i do it. What are the possibilities of doing it?
I have read in this forum discussion (http://communities.rightnow.com/posts/45d64fd0e3) that it is not possible. Please confirm me.
I will use Microsoft .Net for developing Add-In
Anybody’s help would be appreciated.
