I'm trying to connect the RightNow with the Sales Cloud but even after correctly configuring everything (connectors, integration, mapping, etc) It seems that the RightNow doesn't send the trigger to start the integration whenever I create a record there. I've tried all sorts of record creation: organization, contacts, staff account, etc and the creation doesn't trigger the creation at the Sales Cloud. Even at the ICS the monitoring tab doesn't show any messages fired from RightNow.
Do I need to set something at the RightNow configuration settings for it to trigger the connection?
