CWSS Get() operation - Very Odd behaviour!!

Hi Techxperts,

I am facing a very unique challenge here. All I am trying to do is a simple retrieve on an Incident using get() of CWSS. But I face an error stating - No such Mailbox with ID : 1 error while processing Incident with Incident->Mailbox.

Just to cross check; I executed a ROQL query in 3 instances Connect Object explorer present in CP, it ran successfully in one of the instances and failed with same error message in couple of them.

And also instances that I am trying are - Nov 2013(failed), Nov 2014(success) and May 2015(failed).

I performed the same operation in Java as well as C# and it came up with same error when using respective instances.

I am not able to understand this unique behaviour. Need your advice on this.
