Custom Process Model: Create Contact on Incident Not Working (2 Comments)

I am trying to create a CPM in CX console to auto-create contacts for requests from "company"employees and later for other members based on their email domains from database. I have attached the relevant file for reference.

 

Account request page is the front-end CP file where users request an account by submitting a form. Submitting this form creates an incident in CX which I’m trying to handle in the CPM in IncidentAutoCreateContact.php file. I created this CPM and I was able to deploy it in CX without errors. When I submitted a request on the account_req page the incident was created but this CPM didn’t create an account. I don’t think the CPM was triggered. I then created an incident in the CX itself with the field values such that this CPM would trigger. The CPM still didn’t create an account.

I am not sure what is wrong with this CPM and how to fix that.
