Retrieve Lookup name of Menu type Custom Field

Hi All,

I have a custom object of type Menu. When I query it is displaying its ID rather than value/label. 

The Query goes as below.

Here Payment_Terms and Invoice_Status are Menu type custom object. It displays its ID. Can anyone help me how to get its lookupname or value,.
