Hi,
I'm adding to a thread via the SOAP API's incident update function. However, it seems like emails are note actually being sent although I can see that the notes are added to the thread upon refresh view of the incident.
How can I have RightNow send an email when a thread of type email is added?
Note: in the code block below, the incident being updated is aligned to a contact with a valid email.
