We've been developing in an environment where all chats are being routed through the 3PQ Chat API. We are preparing to deploy to a customer where only some of the incoming chats will be routed through our integration.
We can do the work to filter the chats which we're handling, but my question is, how do we notify RightNow that we're not handling a specific chat, and it should be handled by the normal RightNow Chat workflow?
