We tried establishing the connectivity between RightNow and .Net Middleware through the following link which is present in RN documentation:

https://comland-11-5-2-27.dx.lan/cgi-bin/comland_11_5_2_27.cfg/services/soap

While accessing this link through MS Visual Studio, it is giving proxy error...

Can you please help us in this matter?
