Hi all,
I was tasked to do a data pull of all the RightNow incident including notes and other information for each incident (incident id, product, owners, ect...) I currently have a program using Rightnow Connect .NET to import/create incident already. within those program I have code to pull the contact users... but now I need help with code to pull the incident.
If that is not possible, Another option is can I pull the incident inforation if I have the incident ID?
Please please help.
