Disable/Enable two global ribbons based on the value

Sir/Madam,

We have two buttons in a global ribbon.Once the current button is clicked, our requirement is to disable current button and enable another button.In the code, we are able to disable current button but not able to enable other button.

Please provide me the logic code to set other button as enabled .
