I'm stuck trying to retrieve chat data through the query csv SOAP connector for external reporting.
Trouble is that the chats table isn't part of the core objects and incident doesn't have what I need to calculate AHT.
Rightnow reporting uses chats.requested and chats.first_engaged.
Is there a way to get access to the chats table though SOAP or is there a way to use a table such as threads?
Any guidance (including telling me it isn't possible) would be greatly appreciated.
