Auditing of records in RightNow and adding a chat to customer webpage

Hi,
I have two queries, I'ld appreciate if you could help :
1. Does RightNow provide auditing of records. For example, if a record is updated multiple times, can we find out all the previous changes (Old values, New values, User, Date Updated etc) for all the changes done against the record?

2. If we have a requirement of adding a chat to the customer website (not to a CX support page), what needs to be done in this case? Putting the widget would not help I guess.
