Hello,
Like many of you, I'm sure, our organization relies heavily on the ODBC connection to access data from our Oracle Service Cloud DB.
In preparation for the disablement of ODBC in November of this year, I'm trying to help my reporting team determine the number of SQL queries that we make each day to our Oracle Service Cloud DB through the ODBC connection.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can determine the number of queries that we process on a daily basis through the ODBC? I have tried submitting a service ticket and I've been informed that Customer Care does not have access to this type of information. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much,
Sara
