I am trying to set contacts.ma_opt_in (Global Opt-in) to 'No Value' using SOAP API. The alternative was to define a business rule in CX that would accomplish this but I cannot do this either, only Yes or No values are given as options.
I talked with our CSM and with Customer Care concerning this:
"It doesn't look like either option (SOAP API or a business rule) will do what you need which is to "unset" a field from an existing value to NULL."
Anyone come across this?
