Hi,

I am working on .NET Add-ins on Incident workspace.

My requirement is like with incident.OrgId i need to fetch all the Contacts in that Organization.

I refered the documentations provided by RightNow, but couldn't find any related stuff.

How can we access Contacts data from Incident workspace using the .NET Add-In Library ?

Also, I found that XML API and Connect Data Integration deprecated in the new versions. Can you suggest me the suitable replacement for those methods ?
