Hello,
Is there a way to open the RightNow Agent Desktop by using a link (URL) from an external application?
The idea is to have the Agent Desktop installed in the client machine as well, but instead of going to start > all programs > rightnow , etc... our customer would like to have a link on their OnPremise CRM and the user would click on this link to open the local agent desktop client.
How would this be possible?
