Using a newly created incident from an add-in (copied from an existing incident including custom fields selected by the agent) [discussion on creation: http://communities.rightnow.com/posts/f0a6c2835e) the agent is concerned that changed fields prior to save revert to the initial value upon save.
Version May 2015 does not have this occur - the version being implemented is May 2017.
